Union National Community Bank announced the hiring and promotion of four staff members.
 William Warrel was promoted to community office manager and is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and maintaining current relationships.
 Jesse Hostetter advanced to assistant vice president and ensures that the banking needs of the community are fulfilled through the company’s deposit and loan products and staff.
 Neil H. Snyder is now senior vice president, chief credit officer and is responsible for the quality management of the bank’s loan portfolio.
William Duffy was hired as a financial advisor and assists customers with their investment portfolio based on their risk tolerance.
