Derck & Edson Associates, LLP recently hired Austine J. Steffy and Nancy J. Kauffman. Steffy is a civil engineering design technician and a graduate of the York Technical Institute with a degree in computer aided drafting and design. Kauffmann is an administrative assistant with nearly 30 years of experience in administrative support for design and marketing professionals.
