Rachael has earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification from the Society of Marketing Professional Services. The CPSM examination tests the knowledge of those individuals involved in marketing or business development in architectural, engineering, design or construction firms. This voluntary certification program is designed to raise the professional standards and stature of marketing professionals; encourage self-assessment by offering guidelines for achievement in the profession; identify and give award recognition to persons who have demonstrated knowledge of the practice; and influence the future of the profession.
